An individual is injured when he caught fire in front of an apartment building

Minot, ND- On Thursday night, around 9 p.m. the Minot Fire department responded to a call for a person being on fire in front of an apartment building.

When they arrived on the scene at 23 6th Avenue Northwest, the person was not on fire anymore.

The fire didn’t spread to the building and no others were injured.

The victim was taken to Trinity Health Hospital to be treated for his burn injuries, and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
