A 14-year-old girl in North Dakota has succumbed to her injuries after a homeless man stabbed her more than 20 times and choked her

FARGO, North Dakota – According to the police officials, this was a random attack while the 14-year-old girl was skateboarding at a mall.
His name is Arthur Prince Kollie and he has been arrested and charged with attempted murder.
According to the statement, he is expected to face an upgraded charge of murder.
Officers responded to reports of a possible stabbing around 6:50 a.m at a strip mall.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a bloody, unconscious female.
Her name is Daisy Paulsen and she was pronounced dead Tuesday morning.
The suspect was later found in downtown Fargo. He told police that suffers from depression, anxiety and multiple personality disorder.
