A man was killed in a three-vehicle crash early Sunday morning
North Dakota – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
It happened on Highway 52 south of Carpio.
Authorities say he victim was headed south in a pickup, following another pickup.
He tried to pass the other pickup and collided head-on with a northbound truck tractor that was pulling a van trailer.
The vehicle caught a fire and was put out by firefighters.
The 41-year-old driver, Adrian Benson, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and passenger in the truck tractor suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The the driver of the other pickup was not injured.
