City offices closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day holiday

MINOT, N.D. – City of Minot offices will be closed Monday in observance of the Memorial Day holiday, including City Hall, Public Works and the Engineering Department.

There will be no residential garbage collection on Monday; pickup for residents with Monday/Thursday garbage collection will resume Thursday, May 28.

The City of Minot landfill will be closed on Monday but will be open regular hours on Tuesday, May 26.

City transit buses will not run on Memorial Day.

The Minot Public Library is closed to the public until further notice. Patrons may check out online services at minotlibrary.org.

For water service emergencies, residents are urged to call 852-0111.

With the exception of the library, City of Minot offices will operate regular hours and city services will run as scheduled on Tuesday. City offices are operating, but buildings are closed to members of the public without an appointment because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
