Baseball: Rain delays marathon contest between Bull Moose and Flickertails, Sabre Dogs crush Pioneers

MINOT, N.D. – The Bull Moose jumped out to an early lead against the first place Flickertails, behind a moonshot from Torin Montgomery.

The game was delayed for over an hour due to rain, where the Flickertails added six unanswered runs to take a 6-3 lead.

In Minot, the Sabre Dogs used their power from the plate to blow out the Western Nebraska Pioneers 9-2.
